Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday.
We use Israel Post for our deliveries.
For domestic orders (inside of Israel), 2 methods are suggested :
Registered Mail (Doar Rashum)
Self-collect in Rehovot.
Door to door Delivery
For international orders (Europe) : please be aware that you are responsible for paying any customs and duties incurred in the delivery of your order. They are added to the shipping costs. A trackable shipping is recommended.
Chew Babiez does not take any responsibility for delays, items being lost or damaged during shipping or stuck in customs.
***According to the Consumer Protection Law in Israel, any product purchased can be returned, in its original packaging, within 14 business days from the date of execution of the transaction (except for our teething products and personalized items). The refund will not be complete and a cancellation fee of 5% of the product cost or NIS 100 will apply (the lowest one)***
For sanitary reason, returns are not available for our teething products. Please choose carefully before submitting an order.
We make every effort to make sure that you will be happy with your product. Should you have any concerns with an item you purchased, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern quickly.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
